We don't believe the goal of AI is to run your company for you. Your people already understand your customers, your processes and the judgment good decisions require.
Our job is to give them better systems, better information and better tools. AI is good at finding information, preparing work, spotting missing details and handling repetitive processes.
People are better at judgment, relationships, experience and the situations that do not fit neatly into a workflow. Checkmait is built around using both.
AI can draft the contract. It still should not sign it.
How We Work
We start by understanding how the company works today. That means listening to the people who do the work, not just looking at the software they use.
From there, we decide what each system is responsible for, where information lives, what gets connected, and which processes truly benefit from AI or automation. Then we build it, connect it and keep managing it.
The technology can be sophisticated behind the scenes. The experience for your team should not be.
The People Behind Checkmait
Checkmait has two owners, equal owners of the business.
- Aaron Osborne: Operations. Builds the systems: the agents, the workflows, the software.
- Michael Faulds: Marketing and business direction. Runs Anytime Fitness London and Liquid Sunset Business Brokers, the first two businesses these systems went into.

AI implementation is not a one-time software installation. Processes change, employees change and software changes, and the systems need to change with them.
Checkmait keeps managing, maintaining and improving the AI, integrations, automations and data infrastructure behind your business. You keep running the company. We make sure the technology keeps supporting it.
We run Checkmait on the same kind of systems: GoHighLevel for our CRM, phone line and website leads; Notion for tasks and planning; and Claude with custom tools connected to our company data.
